💼 About This Role

You'll co-own the Design Language System at JioHotstar, evolving components and guidelines for mobile, web, and TV platforms. Your work will bridge design and engineering by building tools and prototypes using AI-powered technologies. You'll drive consistency and efficiency across product experiences for millions of users.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Co-own and evolve the Design Language System
• Design and document components, patterns, and guidelines
• Define frameworks and governance for design system usage
• Leverage AI tools to prototype and automate workflows

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of relevant Product Design experience
• 1+ year experience architecting/building/maintaining Design Systems at scale
• High proficiency in Figma with working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Ability to leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code)

• Experience building tools or plugins
• Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
