💼 About This Role

You'll join Okta's Campus Hiring program to support and maintain customers using the Customer Identity SaaS solution. You'll resolve technical issues, document solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Resolve technical and non-technical customer issues timely
• Manage support tickets and maintain customer relationships
• Take end-to-end ownership of customer issues from troubleshooting to resolution
• Contribute to knowledge repository and promote team collaboration

📋 Requirements

• 0-1 year of experience in Java or JavaScript development
• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of authentication protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML)

• Familiarity with SaaS applications
• Experience with LDAP or Azure AD
• Proficiency in JavaScript
