You'll prep vehicles for paint including sanding, masking, taping, bagging, and buffing at Carvana's high-tech inspection centers. Your work ensures cars are in first-rate condition before reaching customers. We offer training programs to grow your skills and pay.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Sand and mask vehicles for painting
• Tape, bag, and unbag vehicle parts
• Buff finished paint to shine
• Tear down and reassemble vehicle components

📋 Requirements

• 6 months of professional automotive prepping experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and age 18+
• Pass background check and MVR check
