Description

You'll lead the social media function for iGaming brands—owning strategy, team management, and performance metrics. This on-site role in Warsaw involves full ownership of the SMM roadmap, data-driven campaign scaling, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on SMM experience
• Minimum 2 years as Social Media Team Lead/Supervisor
• 2+ years in iGaming/Betting (mandatory)
• Proven experience building or scaling SMM operations
• Strong analytical mindset with performance-driven KPIs

Responsibilities

• Own and execute full SMM roadmap across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Telegram
• Develop data-driven social strategies aligned with brand positioning and revenue goals
• Build structured quarterly and monthly content planning systems
• Scale multi-platform campaigns focused on engagement, traffic, and revenue growth
• Own KPI framework and reporting: ER/ERR, reach, impressions, CTR, CPM, CPC, conversion rate, FTDs, LTV, ROI
