Description

You will design and build reusable services, APIs, and workflows for GenAI-driven features, co-create flagship applications like RAG-powered help-centre answers, influence architecture for reliability and cost-efficiency, champion MLOps and responsible AI, mentor teammates, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert ideas into engineering work.

Requirements

• 7+ years hands-on software development experience
• Strong expertise in Python, Java, Go, or similar languages
• Experience with GenAI/ML platforms (fine-tuning transformers, RAG pipelines)
• Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and MLOps

Responsibilities

• Design and build reusable services, APIs, and workflows for GenAI-driven features
• Co-create flagship GenAI applications (e.g., RAG-powered help-centre answers, driver-partner copilots)
• Influence architecture for reliability, security, and cost-effectiveness
• Champion MLOps and responsible AI with guardrails and monitoring
• Mentor teammates through design reviews and demos
