💼 About This Role

You'll ensure all aircraft maintenance checks and component changes are accurately tracked in our Maintenance Tracking Software. Your work directly supports aircraft airworthiness and regulatory compliance, keeping our fleet safe and reliable. This role offers great travel benefits and a supportive team environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Check aircraft documentation for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare aircraft Journey Logs before departures
• Enter flight log times and maintenance work into MTS
• Scan and file flight log sheets and maintenance records

📋 Requirements

• Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience using computer systems to administrate data and records
• Understanding of maintenance or engineering terminology

✨ Nice to Have

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Information Management, or Mathematics/Statistics
• 1-3 years of experience in aviation
