Requirements
- Understand and follow safety procedures
- Experience in a regulated cGMP environment preferred
- Ability to train and lead assembly line workers
- Basic problem-solving skills
- Lean Manufacturing and 5S knowledge
Responsibilities
- Ensure production line safety and compliance with PPE and safety observations
- Train line workers and monitor performance to maximize workflow
- Manage staffing assignments to meet production schedule
- Verify inventory consumption and reconcile balances
- Report quality, process, equipment, or material issues to supervisor
