You will be the welcoming face of our clinic, handling front desk duties and supporting MRI technologists. Your role ensures a seamless patient experience from check-in through post-scan education, helping reshape healthcare through proactive screening.
Requirements
- At least 1+ year in customer service, preferably healthcare
- Flexibility for varied hours including weekdays and weekends
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards
Responsibilities
- Patient check-in, registration, and check-out with warm first impression
- Manage scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments
- Escort patients to changing rooms, explain pre-scan protocols
- Assist MRI technologists with patient positioning and workflow
- Maintain front desk area and patient areas tidy and well-stocked
