You will be the welcoming face of our clinic, handling front desk duties and supporting MRI technologists. Your role ensures a seamless patient experience from check-in through post-scan education, helping reshape healthcare through proactive screening.

Requirements

  • At least 1+ year in customer service, preferably healthcare
  • Flexibility for varied hours including weekdays and weekends
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to high standards

Responsibilities

  • Patient check-in, registration, and check-out with warm first impression
  • Manage scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling of appointments
  • Escort patients to changing rooms, explain pre-scan protocols
  • Assist MRI technologists with patient positioning and workflow
  • Maintain front desk area and patient areas tidy and well-stocked
