In this role, you will define and lead an always-on community management and digital content strategy that strengthens player engagement, advocacy, and loyalty across all Core titles. You will oversee the development of cohesive content ecosystems and community programs that support our brands year-round, building enduring relationships with players and creators worldwide.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop cohesive content strategies, guiding digital content, social, community, and creator marketing leads as one holistic team.
  • Represent the voice of the player and foster deep relationships between players and franchises.
  • Develop and implement platform-specific global social, community, and creator strategies to increase presence and cultural relevance.
  • Partner with Player Insights and Data Analytics to map platform strategies to audience segments.
  • Define growth and engagement goals for each platform and track progress.
  • Proactively identify emerging trends and platforms.
  • Lead presence across key social platforms: Steam, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitch, Discord, Reddit, YouTube.
  • Establish and optimize the global content development calendar, prioritizing platform-exclusive content.
  • Own data and analytics management and reporting across all social platforms.
  • Partner with go-to-market and media teams for cohesive organic and paid media strategies.
  • Collaborate with Brand, Go-to-Market, Product, and Creative teams.
  • Develop and scale the team of community managers, social media experts, platform specialists, and copywriters.
