💼 About This Role

You'll support store leadership in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans at Hot Topic. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and help the management team meet sales targets in a supportive and fun retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return
• Cover the sales floor and provide leadership support when manager is away
• Open and close the store as needed
• Process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using BOPIS and curbside

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Ability to merchandise product and pack/unpack boxes up to 50 pounds
