You'll lead and scale Posh's sales team, building repeatable systems to exceed monthly and quarterly targets. You'll coach sellers, close key partnerships, and drive market expansion as a player-coach. This role offers a clear path to Head of Sales within a year.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Own team quota attainment and build operating rhythm for forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Coach reps through live calls and call reviews on discovery, objection handling, and negotiation.
  • Hire and onboard new sellers, scaling the team from 6 to 9+ quota-carrying reps.
  • Travel monthly to new markets to support partnership acquisition and close key deals.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ rep team management experience in a high-growth startup.
  • Coaching ability across live calls and deal strategy.
  • Strong CRM and forecasting discipline, using data to drive growth.
  • Experience selling into marketplaces, creator economy, or live events.

  • Scaled a B2B sales team from 0 to 10+ reps.
  • Background in live events, entertainment, or ticketing.
  • Experience building or scaling communities.
