💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the sole IT lead for our San Francisco and Los Angeles offices, managing everything from end-user support and device management to identity and access management and security compliance. You'll keep the office running smoothly with full ownership and autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Maintain and manage IT infrastructure including devices, networks, and SaaS services
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues rapidly
• Administer Okta identity provider including provisioning, SSO, and MFA
• Manage office network infrastructure and conference room AV systems

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT system administration or IT operations
• Hands-on experience with macOS and Windows endpoint management in enterprise environments
• Proficiency with MDM platforms (Jamf, Intune, or similar)
• Experience administering identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, or similar)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in AdTech or data-driven industries
• Relevant certifications (Jamf, Okta, CompTIA, ITIL)
• Scripting skills in Bash, PowerShell, or Python
