You'll provide evidence-based interventions to adults with severe mental illness as part of a multidisciplinary ACCS team. Core impact: supporting recovery and rehabilitation through person-centered care. You'll help clients with problem solving, modeling behavior, and achieving their goals.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Provide interventions focusing on problem solving and modeling behavior.
  • Assess client symptoms and responses to interventions.
  • Support clients in recovery goal development.
  • Assist with transportation to work sites and appointments.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
  • Experience working with adults with mental illness
  • Valid Massachusetts driver's license
