You'll provide evidence-based interventions to adults with severe mental illness as part of a multidisciplinary ACCS team. Core impact: supporting recovery and rehabilitation through person-centered care. You'll help clients with problem solving, modeling behavior, and achieving their goals.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide interventions focusing on problem solving and modeling behavior.
- Assess client symptoms and responses to interventions.
- Support clients in recovery goal development.
- Assist with transportation to work sites and appointments.
📋 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related field
- Experience working with adults with mental illness
- Valid Massachusetts driver's license
