Strategic SaaS Account Manager – Enterprise Hospitality

Description

As a Strategic Account Manager at Lightspeed, you'll be the primary point of contact for our largest enterprise hospitality customers in France. You will drive growth, product adoption, and stakeholder management to build true business partnerships, leveraging data and your SaaS expertise to create value at the enterprise level.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of Account Management or Strategic Customer Success in B2B SaaS with enterprise customers
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (NRR, product adoption, expansion, renewals, churn)
  • Hands-on, data-driven, and skilled in relationship management
  • Experience managing complex multi-level stakeholder structures
  • Fluent business-level French and English

Responsibilities

  • Act as main point of contact for largest strategic hospitality customers
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for growth, retention, and product adoption
  • Proactively increase product usage and ensure Net Revenue Retention (NRR) growth
  • Plan and lead quarterly business reviews and success plans
  • Build strong relationships with C-level and operational stakeholders
