You'll lead Spear Bio's event strategy across scientific conferences and trade shows, driving brand awareness and commercial growth. You'll manage end-to-end execution of high-impact events, aligning with commercial and scientific teams to deliver measurable business outcomes. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute event strategy for scientific conferences and trade shows
• Manage end-to-end logistics, vendor relationships, and budget
• Partner with Commercial, Product, and Scientific teams on messaging
• Track KPIs and deliver post-event ROI reports

📋 Requirements

• 7-10+ years of event marketing experience in life sciences or biotech
• Experience managing scientific conferences or research-focused events
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multiple events simultaneously
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
