Description

You will lead the tax team to support new global product launches and corporate transactions, collaborating with product, legal, and finance teams to identify tax risks and opportunities. This role drives system requirements, leads M&A tax structuring, and monitors tax law changes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of corporate tax experience with Law Firm, Big 4, or corporate tax department
• Solid understanding of corporate income tax concepts including M&A and foreign operations
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Computer skills: MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, legal, and finance teams to identify tax risks and opportunities for new product launches
• Analyze new initiatives and provide comprehensive income and indirect tax requirements
• Drive system requirements and testing with engineers and data teams
• Lead tax structuring for domestic and cross-border M&A transactions
• Conduct tax due diligence for potential acquisitions and manage post-acquisition tax integration
