You'll join a remote-first Toronto startup modernizing insurance for Canadians. You'll manage inbound leads through phone, SMS, and email. This role offers upward mobility and no prospecting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide customers through life, critical illness, and health insurance options.
• Manage a pipeline of 300-350 leads monthly using HubSpot.
• Recommend coverage via consultative approach across phone, email, SMS.
• Collaborate to improve workflows and customer experience.

📋 Requirements

• LLQP license for life and accident/sickness insurance.
• 1-4 years of insurance or related industry experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in consultative sales.
• Experience managing a high-volume pipeline with strong organization.

✨ Nice to Have

• Open to obtaining Quebec license.
• Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM.
