💼 About This Role

You'll teach all subjects in a small self-contained classroom of up to 10 students, using a PBIS framework and social-emotional learning approach. You'll have freedom to personalize instruction with support from on-campus staff.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach all subjects in remote and in-person settings
• Provide a differentiated learning environment
• Collaborate with staff to yield positive student results
• Manage a classroom of 10 students with paraprofessional support

📋 Requirements

• IL PEL (Professional Educator's License) or willingness to obtain
• LBS1 Certification or other teacher certification with intent to obtain LBS1
• Ability to teach multiple grade levels as student populations change
• Ability to work with youth with emotional/behavioral/academic difficulties
