💼 About This Role

You'll join Blackbird Health as a Child and Adolescent Therapist, providing evidence-based therapy to children and young adults ages 2-26. You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to address root causes of challenges through a whole-child approach, making a tangible difference in patients' lives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide individual evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults (ages 2-26)
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing patient assessment
• Collaborate with other specialty providers and participate in clinical consultation
• Maintain thorough, timely clinical documentation and patient records

📋 Requirements

• Independently licensed as LCPC, LCMFT, or LCSW-C in Maryland
• 1 year of experience providing individual direct care therapy to children and adolescents
• 1 year of experience working in a telehealth or virtual setting
• Flexibility to work during after-school hours (after 4pm ET weekdays and/or weekends)
