You'll lead daily operations at our day center, guiding personal care and front desk teams to ensure an excellent participant experience. Your leadership directly supports seniors' independence and well-being through interdisciplinary care planning and team development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Guide personal care and front desk teams daily
• Oversee day center scheduling for staff and participants
• Facilitate interdisciplinary care planning meetings
• Develop and evaluate personal care team performance

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years supervisory experience with patient-facing teams
• Experience with seniors in a relatable environment
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire
• Bachelor's degree preferred
