💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a legal business partner to Wiz's revenue teams, drafting and negotiating a high volume of contracts including SaaS agreements. You'll drive contract velocity by advising on interpretation and accelerating deal closure. This role offers the chance to shape processes in a fast-growing cybersecurity unicorn.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal agreements
• Advise internal teams on contract interpretation and negotiation
• Triage heavy workflow and set priorities with internal clients
• Manage agreements within CPQ and CLM platforms

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of in-house experience
• Admitted to the bar in at least one U.S. state
• Knowledge of data privacy and negotiating Data Processing Agreements
• Ability to draft and negotiate SaaS contracts, professional services agreements, and NDAs

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and CLM systems
• Technology company experience preferred
