Description

You will own and execute complex technical programs critical to Motional's driverless roadmap, partnering with Behaviors, Prediction, and ML Planning teams. You'll drive cross-stack integration, dive deep into ML issues, and influence roadmaps to align with company goals.

Requirements

• 7+ years TPM experience leading safety-critical AI/software/robotics programs
• Experience managing large model releases and development lifecycles
• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, Robotics, EE, or related technical field
• Track record of delivering large complex programs from concept to launch
• Clear communication skills to report progress and risks to leadership

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic initiatives for model development and release cycles
• Serve as DRI for high-level behavioral capabilities across Prediction and ML Planning
• Dive deep into ML and behavioral issues to facilitate trade-off discussions
• Identify and resolve technical risks and dependencies
• Influence ML and behaviors roadmap alignment with company goals
