💼 About This Role

You'll own Salesforce reporting, data hygiene, and GTM tool operations for a healthcare data interoperability platform. You'll analyze funnel metrics and surface insights to leadership. This role offers direct impact on pipeline accuracy and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, RevOps, and Finance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for pipeline reviews and forecasting
• Pull and prep data for weekly and monthly operating cadences
• Own pipeline hygiene by identifying issues and driving accountability with reps
• Support quote-to-cash process and maintain GTM tool integrations

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Salesforce Administration in B2B SaaS
• Salesforce Administrator certification or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong Salesforce reporting skills with complex reports and dashboards
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ
