You'll lead end-to-end consulting engagements focused on go-to-market transformation for B2B organizations, driving revenue strategy and operational design. You will manage client relationships, cross-functional teams, and deliver high-impact strategic recommendations that reshape how companies reach and grow customers.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead client engagements from hypothesis development to final presentation.
- Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications.
- Design go-to-market strategies including sales coverage and partner models.
- Develop marketing strategies such as segmentation and value proposition design.
- Build performance frameworks, KPIs, and financial models to support recommendations.
π Requirements
- 3-4+ years of consulting experience in management consulting or advisory.
- Prior experience with large-scale enterprise clients like Fortune 500 organizations.
- Background in B2B commercial functions such as sales, customer success, or revenue operations.
- Strong expertise in go-to-market strategy including sales strategy and operating model design.
