💼 About This Role

You'll lead a U.S. Department of Labor-funded project promoting responsible labor practices in Indonesia's critical mineral supply chain. You'll drive system-level changes advancing worker protections and addressing child and forced labor risks.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Establish and manage partnerships with government, private sector, and civil society.
  • Lead multi-stakeholder dialogue platforms to drive coordinated action.
  • Oversee private sector engagement strategy across mineral supply chain.
  • Manage project budget, staff, and compliance with donor policies.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years experience on international projects.
  • 5+ years in leadership role managing donor-funded projects.
  • Experience in financial management and budget oversight.
  • Understanding of labor and mining issues.

  • Experience in coalition building and public-private partnerships.
