💼 About This Role
You'll lead a U.S. Department of Labor-funded project promoting responsible labor practices in Indonesia's critical mineral supply chain. You'll drive system-level changes advancing worker protections and addressing child and forced labor risks.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Establish and manage partnerships with government, private sector, and civil society.
- Lead multi-stakeholder dialogue platforms to drive coordinated action.
- Oversee private sector engagement strategy across mineral supply chain.
- Manage project budget, staff, and compliance with donor policies.
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years experience on international projects.
- 5+ years in leadership role managing donor-funded projects.
- Experience in financial management and budget oversight.
- Understanding of labor and mining issues.

- Experience with U.S. Government regulations.
- Experience in coalition building and public-private partnerships.
