📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing ops, business ops, or management consulting
  • Built OKR and planning systems that drive accountability
  • Owned multi-million dollar marketing budgets
  • Demonstrated fluency in AI applied to workflows

  • Program management and change management skills
