- Build and maintain a centralized marketing calendar
📋 Requirements
- 10+ years in marketing ops, business ops, or management consulting
- Built OKR and planning systems that drive accountability
- Owned multi-million dollar marketing budgets
- Demonstrated fluency in AI applied to workflows

- Experience scaling JIRA workflows
- Program management and change management skills
