💼 About This Role

You'll be the primary owner of support during SF hours, combining technical depth and proactive communication to ensure customers feel supported. Working directly with Product and Engineering, you'll act as customer zero and drive end-to-end issue resolution. This role offers real ownership and influence in shaping how support at Plain scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the support queue during SF hours with timely, thoughtful responses
  • Drive issues end-to-end: investigate, debug, coordinate with engineering
  • Own clean handover between EU and US timezones
  • Proactively flag risk and help define support processes

📋 Requirements

  • Experience as a Support Engineer in B2B SaaS
  • Ability to read logs, write SQL, understand APIs and webhooks
  • Strong communication and proactivity in high-pressure situations
  • Commercially minded with customer context awareness
