Description

You will lead and grow a team of Forward Deployed Engineers and Technical Engagement Managers, defining technical governance frameworks and ensuring architectural coherence across strategic customer solutions. You'll partner early in discovery to challenge assumptions and ensure feasibility, while intervening in high-risk engagements to stabilize architectures.

Requirements

• 10+ years experience in enterprise software
• Experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs
• Expertise in enterprise architecture and data systems
• Experience managing and developing technical teams
• Ability to operate between strategic thinking and hands-on problem-solving
