🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive market entry from strategy to execution with the Founder
• Build and execute hiring plans to close high-caliber talent
• Support fundraising efforts and investor coordination
• Establish A1's presence including vendors and operating structure
• Drive external positioning through PR and partnerships

📋 Requirements

• Background in consulting (MBB), top-tier VC, startups, or high-performance operating roles
• Strong generalist able to switch between strategy, hiring, and operations
• High agency and ability to figure things out without waiting for instructions
• Clear and concise communication with senior stakeholders and external partners
