💼 About This Role
You'll support culinary operations for a Cirque du Soleil touring show, preparing meals for a multicultural cast and crew. You'll assist the Head Chef with menu execution, buffet service, and kitchen supervision to ensure top quality and hygiene. This role involves international travel and working abroad full-time.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Assist in preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffets for diverse dietary needs.
- Supervise daily meal prep and mentor temporary local staff.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock rotation with designated suppliers.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness and safety per HACCP and local regulations.
📋 Requirements
- Availability for full-time international touring and working abroad.
- Diploma in culinary arts or equivalent professional training.
- 3+ years of experience in high-volume kitchen (buffet experience a plus).
- Food safety certification and knowledge of nutrition/dietary needs.
