  • Design tools and frameworks to improve model transparency and interpretability.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in a quantitative field like Atmospheric Science or Statistics.
  • 5+ years of experience in catastrophe modeling or related field.
  • Proficiency with catastrophe modeling platforms (RMS, Verisk, AIR).
  • Strong coding and data analysis skills (Python, R, SQL).

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience in (re)insurance, ILS, or catastrophe model vendor environment.
  • Experience developing internal catastrophe models or integrating third-party models.
  • Familiarity with climate risk modeling and emerging methodologies.
