• Ability to communicate technical problems clearly and tactfully
• Empathy, diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat using AI-powered tools
• Compose thoughtful, personalized responses for customer requests
• Triage incoming requests and spot trends in customer issues
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs for Engineering teams
• Contribute to team goals and share knowledge through mentorship and documentation
