Description

You will support managing 3PL operations for iHerb, coordinating with partners and internal teams to ensure efficient operations and meet KPIs. You'll manage multiple time-sensitive projects from design through implementation, driving process improvements and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2 years of similar experience
• Experience managing complex projects
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project)

Responsibilities

• Support management of 3PL operations and daily coordination with partners
• Manage projects from design through implementation for growth and operational improvements
• Identify and develop best practices, efficiencies, and process workflows
• Collaborate with stakeholders and resolve issues as they surface
• Conduct data collection and analysis to support decision-making
