Description

As a Senior Personalization Solution Architect, you will design and implement advanced personalization and experimentation solutions for customer teams using Contentful Personalization. You'll own end-to-end program design, deliver hands-on technical implementations, and enable customer success through workshops and code reviews. Your work reduces implementation risk and accelerates time to value.

Requirements

• Deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation
• Hands-on experience building and scaling personalization programs in production
• Strong technical skills in modern composable architectures (SSR, CSR, edge delivery)
• Experience integrating with enterprise platforms like Segment, Salesforce, GA4
• Ability to translate personalization requirements into detailed technical designs

Responsibilities

• Design audience and segmentation strategies using behavioral, contextual, and first-party data
• Architect and implement end-to-end personalization solutions with Contentful Personalization
• Lead technical discovery sessions to assess customer data quality, identity maturity, and architectural constraints
• Integrate personalization solutions with CDPs, CRMs, analytics platforms, and privacy tooling
• Enable customer teams through implementation workshops, pair-programming, and documentation
