Requirements

• 5+ years leading project management in technology, SaaS, or professional services
• PMP certification strongly preferred
• Proven success building high-performing teams
• Strong financial and operational acumen with revenue forecasting experience
• Proficiency in project management tools like Clarizen, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of project managers, overseeing operations, workload, and PMO governance
• Lead internal projects from planning to delivery, ensuring alignment with priorities
• Drive governance and accountability across the project lifecycle
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, manage escalations
• Partner cross-functionally for alignment between delivery, capacity, and objectives
