💼 About This Role

You'll join the Franchise Brands Legal Department at Compass, supporting iconic real estate brands like Century 21 and Coldwell Banker. You'll draft and negotiate franchise agreements and advise on franchise laws and regulatory compliance. This onsite role offers a chance to work with senior management on strategic initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate franchise agreements and related documents.
• Negotiate vendor contracts, preferably with SaaS experience.
• Review marketing materials for legal compliance.
• Advise on laws, rules, and regulations affecting the business.

📋 Requirements

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• 7-10 years of legal experience.
• Franchise law experience required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Some in-house legal experience preferred.
