Description
You will lead and evolve our data practice, managing a team of analysts while staying hands-on in client work. You'll drive data strategy, develop best practices, and collaborate across teams to create integrated solutions for nonprofit and advocacy clients.
Requirements
- 9+ years experience in digital analytics working with CRM data, paid media analytics, web analytics (Google Analytics), A/B testing (Optimizely), and data analysis in Excel or Sheets.
- Experience commanding C-suite client meetings and developing measurement frameworks.
- Ability to work fluidly across engineering, strategy, paid media, and account teams.
- Self-sufficient in developing new tools and frameworks; excited about AI and emerging technologies.
- Understanding of how measurement choices impact revenue growth and supporter relationships.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of analysts, including goal setting, feedback, training, and performance reviews.
- Set vision for data use to improve client outcomes and chart team growth path.
- Contribute to client portfolio with strategic data leadership across multiple touchpoints.
- Pursue new business and maintain existing accounts through pitches and proposals.
- Drive cross-client and company-wide innovation and procedural improvements.
