πΌ About This Role
You'll lead the systems, processes, analytics, and planning that power our global Sales organization, partnering with executive leadership to drive forecasting accuracy, pipeline health, and go-to-market efficiency. You'll build a scalable, data-driven operating engine across Sales, SDR, Account Management, and Partnerships, enabling predictable growth and disciplined execution. This role is critical for Quantcastβs next phase of growth and platform expansion.
π― What You'll Do
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting cadence.
- Lead Salesforce and revenue systems strategy and governance.
- Design territory, capacity models, and coverage plans.
- Build executive dashboards and track key sales KPIs.
π Requirements
- 8+ years in Sales Operations or Strategy.
- 8+ years leading teams in B2B SaaS, AdTech, or Martech.
- Deep expertise in Salesforce and revenue systems.
- Strong experience in forecasting and pipeline management.
β¨ Nice to Have
- MBA or equivalent business training.
- Management Consulting experience.
- Experience in performance advertising or programmatic ecosystems.
