💼 About This Role

You'll manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized customers post-implementation, owning customer health and renewal readiness. You'll partner cross-functionally to increase product adoption and identify expansion opportunities. This role includes a rotating weekend coverage schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary post-implementation point of contact
  • Conduct proactive check-ins and workflow reviews
  • Monitor usage metrics and identify adoption gaps
  • Document account status, risk signals, and renewal posture

📋 Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Experience owning retention or renewal outcomes
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Experience using Intercom, Notion, and Jira

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in logistics or field service SaaS
  • Understanding of the waste hauling industry
  • Ability to create Loom walkthroughs
