💼 About This Role
You'll manage a portfolio of small to mid-sized customers post-implementation, owning customer health and renewal readiness. You'll partner cross-functionally to increase product adoption and identify expansion opportunities. This role includes a rotating weekend coverage schedule.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as primary post-implementation point of contact
- Conduct proactive check-ins and workflow reviews
- Monitor usage metrics and identify adoption gaps
- Document account status, risk signals, and renewal posture
📋 Requirements
- 2-4 years experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Experience owning retention or renewal outcomes
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Experience using Intercom, Notion, and Jira
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics or field service SaaS
- Understanding of the waste hauling industry
- Ability to create Loom walkthroughs
