Description

You will lead and optimize SAP and ERP systems to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You'll align technology with business goals, mentor your team, and manage projects from implementation to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Proven experience managing ERP systems in a large organization
• Strong understanding of business processes and ERP software (e.g., SAP, MES, CRM)
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in English; German is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Oversee implementation, maintenance, and optimization of ERP systems
• Align ERP system with company objectives for cross-departmental integration
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the ERP team
• Identify and implement improvements within the ERP system
• Manage projects to ensure timely, within-budget, quality delivery
