Description

You will perform high-precision manual soldering and rework on PCBAs for space-grade electronics used in satellite systems, collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure assemblies meet stringent workmanship and reliability standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Hands-on experience with electronics soldering and PCBA rework
• Experience with surface mount and through-hole components
• Experience performing fine-pitch soldering with small components
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation

Responsibilities

• Perform high-precision manual soldering and rework on PCBAs (SMD and through-hole)
• Execute component replacement, pad repair, trace repair, and wire jumpers
• Support troubleshooting, debug, and recovery of failed circuit boards
• Assist with New Product Introduction builds and production line recovery
• Document rework activities for quality control and traceability
