• Serve as strategic lead for enterprise deployments with CHROs and business leaders.
• Translate business challenges into transformation plans and own solutions from design to deployment.
• Lead cross-functional deployment team aligning efforts to business impact.
• Facilitate strategic working sessions and steer executive updates on value delivered.

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years in consulting, HR transformation, or organizational development.
• Track record of executive-level advising with CHROs or enterprise leaders.
• Deep domain expertise in human capital, people strategy, or enterprise talent systems.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional deployments or change initiatives at scale.
