• Manage medical record requests and audits
• Handle escalated client and patient calls
• Coordinate with client management on complex issues

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of Health Information related experience
• Knowledge of HIPAA standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Ability to travel across Florida locations

• EMR experience with EPIC or Cerner
