🎯 What You'll Do

• Hire and build out engineering squads for growth initiatives
• Solve problems for millions of users from local businesses to enterprise
• Coach, mentor, and onboard new engineering team members
• Identify future technical needs and create plans to meet them

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience managing a team of Software Engineers
• 10+ years of overall development experience (Ruby on Rails preferred)
• Prior experience leading software development teams focused on Product Growth
• Deep proficiency with web application development and SaaS

• Experience migrating a monolith application into services
• Experience with MVC frameworks for backend development
• Service-oriented architecture experience
