Description

You will work within the product management team to drive the development of a next-generation front-to-risk application, focusing on Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) and XVA capabilities. You will act as a key liaison between risk teams, UX/design, and development to translate complex risk methodologies into intuitive user workflows, own requirements in JIRA, and ensure usability for traders and risk managers.

Requirements

• Hands-on product specialist with business analysis skills
• Experience with Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR) and XVA (CVA, DVA, FVA)
• Ability to translate complex risk methodologies into intuitive workflows
• Proficient in writing user stories and functional specifications in JIRA
• Experience working with risk teams and UX/design stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and maintain product roadmap for front-to-risk platform with focus on CCR and XVA usability
• Act as liaison between Risk teams, Product Management, UX/Design, and Development
• Lead definition of user-centric requirements for CCR and XVA features in JIRA
• Manage end-to-end requirements lifecycle including epic/story creation, backlog grooming, and prioritization
• Collaborate with UX to define screen layouts, navigation, and terminology for consistency
