Description

You will lead the end-to-end deal process for acquiring and growing essential software businesses, from sourcing to integration. You'll collaborate with leadership to shape investment strategy, manage relationships with founders, and oversee financial and operational diligence.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development
• Proven experience leading and closing M&A transactions
• Strong academic record with a degree in Business or Finance
• Deep interest in technology and diverse industries
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Source, underwrite, and execute M&A transactions end-to-end
• Present acquisition opportunities with detailed financial models and analysis
• Oversee financial, operational, commercial, product, and technical diligence
