• Design and optimize end-to-end development cycles with ISO 27001 compliance
• Define technical roadmap with CEO and product management

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of leadership experience in agile software teams
• Experience scaling SaaS products
• Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, React, AWS, and IoT technologies
• Fluency in German and English for management-level communication
