You'll join the team building the best workplace and recruiting top talent for Mirego. You'll own the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, while also supporting team development. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates in various expertise areas
• Screen candidates, coordinate and participate in interviews
• Proactively recruit and source external candidates
• Build relationships with developer communities and school institutions

📋 Requirements

• University degree in HR, industrial relations, or related field
• Strong interest in recruitment and team coaching
• Ability to use AI tools for optimization
• Excellent communication and writing skills
