• Lead and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives.
• Hire additional Account Executives as business demands.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of field sales management experience in storage or IT infrastructure.
• Experience selling to IT departments and IT management.
• Proven track record of recruitment and associate development.
• Ability to maintain a 4X pipeline to goal.
