💼 About This Role

You'll own Rocket Now's growth end-to-end, driving customer acquisition, order growth, and GMV in a heavily performance-driven business. You'll lead evolution toward an in-house performance marketing model, optimizing channels, creative execution, and measurement. This role offers direct impact on unit economics and the opportunity to build and develop a high-performing team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own growth end-to-end, driving acquisition, orders, GMV, and market share
• Define and execute performance-driven growth strategy with step-change opportunities
• Lead performance marketing across all major paid channels with large budgets
• Build in-house self-serve performance marketing capability improving execution and measurement
• Drive data-first decision making through attribution, experimentation, and ROI modeling

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience owning growth or performance marketing with direct acquisition accountability
• Hands-on experience operating and optimizing core performance marketing channels in self-serve environment
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experimentation and attribution experience
• Demonstrated people leadership experience building teams and driving high standards
• Fluent Japanese and business-level English
